Fresh squeezed oj is ideal. Day 2 you can have some soup (veg broth only) Day 3 some raw spinach or other veggies. day 4 you can start to get back to normal. They say not to eat red meat for about a week after as your system is re-establishing itself. After 1 week you should be back to normal, but listen to your body!
