Jan 6th:

Thanks for visiting my site, and thanks for your interest in helping me as I participate in the BURN CALORIES FOR CANCER, in conjunction with Astral Fitness and the Ottawa Regional Cancer Research Foundation.

On Jan 14th, 2007, I will be burning calories in fitness classes and on exercise machines. I will also be signing photos to raise money.

Also, one male and one female will be auctioning for a
photoshoot with me and on their own, with
Photographers Wade Robinson and Gord Weber!

Everyone knows someone that is going through cancer,
or has gone through cancer. I ask you to come and join me
on Jan. 14th, 2007, or please pledge your support for me
as I take part in this cause.

Your support will go towards finding a cure for cancer and
towards patient care. We can’t do this without YOU!

Dec. 22nd:
A few things for today... My friend Julie Marsland is on the cover of Muscle and Fitness Hers. Go get a copy while you can....I'll be doing a brand new photoshoot right after the holidays in early January. Looking forward to that...Look for me as the wallpaper of the week at bodybuilding.com as of Dec. 19th....I have been asked to do some exciting project in '07, as soon as everything is finalized I will post the news...and of course...my new site launched today as well. Hooray!!!

Dec. 9th:
 I have decided to update my training knowledge by taking another course starting in January. I'm looking forward to that. I will keep you posted on how it goes.

Dec. 7th:
Congratulations to fellow Canadian Michele Levesque for winning Figure in Hollywood and taking amazing pictures with my boyfriend Wade. It was nice meeting you, and hopefully we'll see each other at the Fitness atlantic Show next year. Karen Pang, your pictures turned out great also....look for Karen to climb the competitive ladder in '07.

Dec. 5th:
 It was nice seeing old friends and meeting new ones at the Hollywood competition this year. So many inspiring women living healthy and inspiring others to do the same. It was the first time I had a chance to meet Sheri Vucick as well, she is so talented ...I can't wait to see her routine that she will blow the audience away with next year. Congratulations to Dawn Butterfield, it was nice to see a total reversal in the right direction from Miami to take the crown this year in Hollywood. Briane Cannone from Fitness Atlantic was at the show as well. Brian I'll see you April 28th. Overall it was a nice getaway, and we made it home safe...THANK GOD.

Dec. 1st:
I would like to thank Alex Ardenti for being very hospitable when I went to his home to shoot for Oxygen during the Fitness Hollywood Championships. And also for helping us with directions while traveling in our rental car. We made it home Okay Alex, thanks.
